Increasingly, we manage client projects offsite but, just because we simplify clients’ documentation and data management, it doesn’t mean that they lose control of the project.  We understand the importance of maintaining the appropriate level of communication with our business partners, always negotiating a suitable schedule of progress meetings to provide feedback, whilst at the same time minimizing demands on their management teams.  Resource is controlled precisely and, with fixed-price contracts, clients can budget accurately for their needs.

Where clients prefer to keep their documentation activities in-house – whilst freeing valuable management resource for other purposes – we can also offer project management skills gained over many years with clients such as Airbus and Rolls-Royce plc.  Combined with the attractions of fixed-price costing it’s another effective way to improve documentation management in a competitive marketplace.
