Information Life Cycle

The information life cycle concept captures our systematic approach to the management of information, from the origination of a requirement through to eventual publication and maintenance of documentation.

Analysis | Creation | Validation | Publishing | Control & Review

Publishing

Once data requirements have been analysed and a solution created and validated, the next stage in the information life cycle consists of publishing.

Publishing may be as simple as printing a hard copy manual, or as complex as creating multiple media Web, print, PDF, and CD output from a single XML source.  In each case, the process must be managed efficiently, in a way that supports the quality of the analysis and creation that has preceded it.  At this stage, it is essential that the most appropriate publishing tools are deployed, and that their use is optimised.

Whether it is to a wearable computer, an interactive electronic technical publication (IETP), CD, paper, PDF, SGML, XML, or HTML we have the publishing expertise to make the best of your data and give you documentation to be proud of.
