Authoring with Arbortext Epic

Recommended for all users of Arbortext Epic Editor, this course offers comprehensive training in the full functionality of the tool, including elements, attributes, tables, validation, previewing, printing and tracking changes. A ’best practice’ approach is emphasized to ensure the most efficient and effective use of Epic.

Course format is hands-on, supplemented by lecture and group discussion. Full Course materials, including presentation copy, notes and exercises are provided.

• Basic PC literacy including:
  • Use of a pointing device (i.e. mouse) and NT/Win9x functions

• Understanding of SGML & XML
