• Formatting categories for paged output, including keeps rules, floating, and repeating generated text
• Portrait and landscape page layouts, margins, columns, headers, footers, numbering, footnotes, vertical justification.
• Adding page numbers to cross-references and tables on contents
• Supporting formatting pass reduction
• Modifying the format of saved elements

• Intermediate knowledge of SGML/XML and DTDs
• Previous document preparation, desktop publishing, or typesetting experience
